What are Temple Sinai’s office hours?
Our administrative office is open Monday to Thursday 8:00AM to 4:00PM Friday 8:00AM to 3:00PM. Holiday hours may vary.

How do I become a member of Temple Sinai?

Does Temple Sinai offer financial assistance for membership?
Yes. We are committed to making membership accessible. We want all families to feel welcome, so if you need financial assistance, please see the Membership Page
Can I update my personal information online?
Yes! You can log in to your ShulCloud account and navigate to member portal then “My Account” to update your contact information, payment methods, yahrzeits, and more.
How do I register for an event?
All event registrations are listed in our online calendar. Click on the event for full details and registration options. You can view events and register anytime through our Calendar.
I registered but didn’t receive a confirmation. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see a confirmation, please contact the Temple office via our Contact Us page and we’ll make sure your registration is complete.
Who do I contact if I want to plan an event at Temple Sinai?

What time are Shabbat services?
We’d love to welcome you to Temple Sinai! Please check our calendar for details on our frequent Erev Shabbat welcome receptions starting at 5:00 PM, followed by Erev Shabbat Services at 6:00 PM.
Don’t miss our Rhythm & Jews Services, which are almost always held on the first Friday of each month—fun, lively, and a favorite among our community.
If you’d like to attend a service but want to connect first, please reach out to our VP of Membership, Elana Margolis. She’ll help you feel right at home!
Do I need to be a member to attend services?
All are welcome. Membership is not required for regular Shabbat services.
How do I request clergy for a lifecycle event?
Our clergy are here to guide and support you through life’s meaningful moments. Whether it’s a B’nai Mitzvah, baby naming, wedding, funeral, or any other special occasion, Rabbi Michael Cohen and Chazzan Cliff Abramson are ready to meet with you personally to make your experience meaningful and comforting.

What programs are offered for children and teens?
Temple Sinai offers a wide variety of programs to engage children, teens, and families throughout the year. Our early childhood program, The Gan, is NAC-accredited and highly recommended, serving children from 15 months to 5 years old.
For Kindergarten through 12th grade, our religious school program JQuest provides meaningful Jewish learning, social opportunities, and family engagement. Our teen engagement program, SAFETY, offers youth group experiences, social events, and leadership opportunities.

How do I enroll my child in The Gan at Temple Sinai (Early Childhood Center)?
Enrollment information and application links for The Gan are available on our Gan / Preschool page. The Gan serves children 15 months to 5 years old in a nurturing, accredited environment that prepares them for a lifetime of learning.
How do I enroll in JQuest, Temple Sinai’s religious school?
All registration forms and enrollment details for JQuest (Kindergarten through 12th grade) are available through your ShulCloud portal once you log in. To learn more about the program or for assistance with enrollment, please contact the Temple office directly.
How do I make a donation?
Visit the Donate page to make a contribution in honor, memory, or support of a specific fund or program.
Can I set up recurring payments?
Yes. Through your ShulCloud account you may arrange recurring dues, donations, or school payments.
Will I receive a tax receipt?
Yes. All tax receipts are emailed automatically and stored in your account under “My Statements.”
I forgot my ShulCloud password. How do I reset it?
Click “Login,” then “Forgot Password?” ShulCloud will send you an email with reset instructions.
I'm having trouble registering or paying online. Who can help?
Contact the Temple Executive Administrator Ammy Goodson via the Contact Us page and we’ll assist you with technical issues.
Do I need to log in to use the website?
Many features—donations, event viewing, and general information—are public. However, members will need to log in for account details, statements, and registration for certain programs.
