Financial Assistance Application 2025-2026



It is not our intention to deny membership to anyone unable to afford the established fees. 

This form must be completed and submitted by July 15, 2025 in order to receive assistance with your 2025-2026 membership commitment, unless there is a change in your financial circumstances during the fiscal year. Forms returned after July 15, 2025 may not be processed in time to obtain High Holy Day tickets.  Please note:  financial assistance applications will not be considered unless this form is completed. Temple Sinai may request the applicant's most recent tax return.

Members personal statement of need for dues adjustment required:

After the receipt of your completed application we will notify you of the committees decision by July 25, 2025.  If partial payment plan is elected, final payment must be made in full by April 30th, 2026

As a sacred community, temple members agree to support the synagogue, and the synagogue agrees to made sure no one is excluded from religious and community life based on financial need. The Board of Trustees pledges to manage the synagogue's financial affairs in a prudent fashion by balancing the need to make good on all of our financial commitments against the ability of our community to meet those commitments.
