Thanksgiving Mitzvah Project

This Thanksgiving, Temple Sinai’s Social Action Committee, made possible through the Fanchon D. Rosenstein Social Action Fund, is partnering with JFCS to help provide families in need with a warm holiday meal.

We invite you to join our Thanksgiving Mitzvah Project by sponsoring a family for just $36. Each donation helps provide Thanksgiving dinner essentials and a $25 grocery gift card so families can celebrate with dignity and joy.  Any excess donations will go to the Social Action Fund for future projects like this.

On Sunday, November 2, our volunteers will gather at Temple Sinai to stuff bags with food and essentials before delivering them to clinets of the Jewish Family and Children’s Service of the Suncoast (JFCS).

In the true spirit of giving, the Suncoast Blood Mobile will also be onsite, offering everyone the chance to make an even greater impact by donating blood.

There are so many ways to give:

• Sponsor a family with a $36 donation (or more to help multiple families!)

• Volunteer on November 2 to help us pack and deliver meals

• Donate blood with the Suncoast Blood Mobile
