Description: Mindfulness has become a buzz word with multiple meanings. However, Judaism, at its core is about being mindful. We will talk about several mindfulness practices that are uniquely Jewish and how to bring presence into our daily lives with simple practices. 

Presenter Bio: Rabbi Jill Berkson Zimmerman is a rabbi-at-large and founder of Path With Heart. She teaches around the country, works with people individually, and created online Jewish mindfulness community Hineni. She is a spiritual entrepreneur and activist who is devoted to helping people discover mindfulness through a Jewish lens. She is a national activist on refugee issues. She is a columnist for the Jewish Journal and writes a popular blog devoted to bringing compassion, justice and personal spirituality into public conversation.

The ReJEWvenate series is designed to unlock Jewish hearts and fill them with fun as they explore different aspects of Jewish culture.  Learn from Rabbis and educators about a variety of fascinating topics during this exciting series on Tuesdays at 7:00 PM, beginning Tuesday, February 9 and continuing through March 30, 2021.
