Israel Series BONUS Session

Celebrate Lag B'Omer with Israeli tour educator, Shachar Gal, as we join him around his campfire and he shares stories and history about the origins and traditions of the holiday. While this presentation takes place on ZOOM, it will be interactive and fun!  We will even be including a recipe for a traditional Israeli bonfire treat!

Presenter Bio: Shachar Gal is the founder and lead guide for Hands on Israel.  An Israeli tour guide for ten years, he is licensed through the Ministry of Education, received his degree from University of Haifa and served as an emissary for Shorashim, an Israel education organization. His tagline “like a fingerprint, no two trips are alike” is a testament to his creativity and passion for experiential education. Shachar is happily married and proud father of three.
