JQuest Family Hanukkah Program

Celebrate the joy, light, and community of Hanukkah with your family at this hands-on, festive morning! Rabbi Cohen, Chazzan Abramson, and Bethany Leinweber, Youth & Family Coordinator for the Jewish Federation of Sarasota-Manatee, will welcome everyone with music, stories, and a lively retelling of the Hanukkah miracle that invites kids to join in. Families will explore creative activities together like making menorahs, spinning dreidels, singing and dancing to favorite songs, and even crafting edible treats.

Everyone can join in a community mural, share blessings, and gather for a joyful candle lighting to mark the season of light. Finish the morning with Hanukkah treats, take-home crafts, and the warmth of celebrating together.
