STOP THE BLEED  is a nationally recognized, standardized course created and sponsored through the STOPTHEBLEED.org.

This interactive and engaging course stresses the importance of understanding why bleeding is the #1 cause of preventable death after an injury.  You will learn how to save a life by identifying life-threatening bleeding and recognizing different types of injuries.   Additional teaching will cover how to control bleeding through the application of wound packing and tourniquet application.  Hands-on exercises are a required component and designed for every member of the community.
