How Do I Login?

We're excited to give you access to the Temple Sinai member portal, powered by ShulCloud and accessible via the Temple Sinai website . Through the member portal, you can connect with other members through the online directory, manage your own account information (e.g., your address, yahrzeit dates) and register for events. We will also be using ShulCloud for online membership renewals and Jquest registration.  ShulCloud is designed to provide a secure and private way to view your transaction history, enter payment methods, set up recurring payments and make donations. There is so much you can do when you use your account!


Here is some help to get started.
If you're a member, you should have created a login including email and password. If you forgot your password, simply click the forgot password button and an email will be sent to you with a link to change your password:

  1. Check your email for a time-sensitive link that will take you to a Change Password page. Enter a new password here. 

    In the future, you'll log in with your email address (username) and this password. Each adult member will be able to set up their own access as long they have an email account in their name. This link will expire after 7 days, so please promptly change your password and save it in a safe place. 
     
  2. Click on the My Profile tile. Make sure that the information in your profile is correct, like your Hebrew name and birthday, work and contact information.
  3. Click the My Family tile to verify and edit your family information.
     
  4. Scroll down to the Membership Directory section and click theEdit My Directory Listing tile to change your directory information and set display and sharing preferences. The directory is accessible to all members. You can even upload a photo of your family. 
     

 
Now that you’ve completed the initial set up, it's time to explore! 

You can access your member information at any time from our website by clicking on the Member Portal heading in the upper right corner.



In the Member Portal, you will find an area called My Financial Information.  We know that this may look a bit different from our statements in the past, but we trust you will find the system user-friendly. When you choose to use online payment options, note that neither Temple Sinai nor ShulCloud store or have access to your bank or credit card information on its servers.

When you come back to the site at a later time, you can login again by clicking on the login link in the top right hand side of the homepage. (Depending on your browser settings, your username and password may be saved for future use.)
